At the Old Bakery Tea Rooms we use the finest local ingredients to create a range of tasty treats – served all day including alternative tasty treats served all day. We also have a lunch and a traditional afternoon tea menu, providing our customers with an elegant venue where they enjoy all their visits in style.

Our Tea Rooms are larger than one might think upon first glance at the 16th Century building – we can seat forty people indoors and have two separate open air seating areas in pleasant surroundings.

From a cake and a coffee, a coffee morning, lunching with friends or a special occasion – you will enjoy your time with us and that’s a promise.

The Biscuit Box provides over sixty different types of the finest quality biscuits and shortbreads from family owned biscuit makers who made biscuits in the traditional way – many are hand baked with high quality natural ingredients. We avoid hydronated fats and palm oil.

 Over the past through months The Biscuit Box has expanded the range of products to include savoury biscuits, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and just about every thing you can think off linked to tea, coffee and biscuits. For example we now stock Chutney, marmalade, honey, jams. Collectors’ teapots and everyday teapots and, coasters, mugs, clocks, and tea towels and much more. Our exclusive hand knitted tea cosies are made in Sussex and you can design your own cosy. As we sell loose teas we thought that you might need a tea strainer.
